Our products are available for free shipping within India on purchases above Rs. 1000/-. For international shipping, a fee is applicable, and the cost may vary depending on the order's location.

We use registered courier companies for shipping. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. Delivery is subject to the norms of the courier company or post office. Tickle Your Art is not liable for any delivery delays but guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7-10 working days from the order and payment date or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

All orders will be delivered to the buyer's registered address as per the credit/debit card, unless specified otherwise at the time of order. Tickle Your Art is not responsible for any damage to the order during transit. We use E-Billing Solutions for secure payments, accepting all major credit cards.

Products bought on sale/discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by Covid-19.

A Convenience Fee of Rs. 99/- is applicable to orders under Rs. 1000/- for shipping across India, and Rs. 49/- is applicable for shipping within Pune.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund. Please contact us with your purchase details within 24 hours of purchase, including your order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Our Replacement Guarantee is available for buyers unhappy with their purchase. Defective, damaged, missing, or wrongly sent items may be replaced.

Tickle Your Art reserves the right to take action against buyers providing false or misleading claims.

Our Returns Policy covers situations where the item was defective, damaged during shipping, products were missing, or the wrong item was sent. Returns may result in a refund.

Buyers are encouraged to review listings before making a purchase decision. Refund requests must be made within 2 days of payment realization. Tickle Your Art offers various options for return handling, including replacement or refund with or without shipment collection.
